Water quality data collected during a Slocum glider deployment to investigate the distribution of tributary inputs and nearshore to offshore gradients in western Lake Superior between July 1 and July 7, 2015. Vertical profiles of conductivity, temperature, depth, chlorophyll, colored dissolved organic matter (CDOM), backscatter, and dissolved oxygen.
