Welcome to the Municipal Budget Database System (MBDS)
The Municipal Budget Database System (MBDS) consists of the adopted budgets provided annually to OPM by each of the 169 Connecticut municipalities and the City of Groton via OPM’s Fiscal Health Monitoring System (FHMS) portal. The MBDS provides a central location to access and download any municipal adopted budget filed with OPM dating back to FY 2022.
