Workforce diversity – New Hires and Separations provide monthly, aggregated counts of active employees by agency, job group description, EEO job category, and demographic attributes (sex, and race/ethnicity). It reflects month-end active employees, deduplicated to one record per person per month. It also includes new hires and separations by demographic attributes.
