This dataset contains information on air pollution exposure, census block group socioeconomic status, hospital procedures, demographics, and disease diagnosis history for heart failure patients in North Carolina (seen at a UNCHCS hospital or clinic). This dataset is not publicly accessible because: This data is composed of electronic health records containing PII and thus cannot be included in ScienceHub or released to the public. It can be accessed through the following means: The data can be accessed with written request accompanied by an appropriate, approved IRB application. Format: The data contains details on the air pollution exposure, performed hospital procedures, census tract socioeconomic status, and diagnoses information (including dates of diagnoses) for heart failure patients seen at UNCHCS hospital or clinic.
