    (Includes MeSH 2023 and 2024 changes) The MeSH 2025 Update - Update (All Fields) Report lists each individual modification made to a Descriptor or Supplementary Concept Record (SCR). More than one field on a term can be modified during YEP, resulting in a term having multiple entries on the list. This report includes MeSH changes from previous years, starting from 2023.
