Measures of adenosine triphosphate in sperm from common carp (Cyprinus carpio) in spring and fall 2010 from Lake Mead, Arizona and Nevada, USA
Data include values obtained from files that were generated in the analysis of ATP levels from sperm derived from Common Carp. Data were obtained with by using an ATP-binding luciferase assay, whereby standard curves were generated and experimental samples were analyzed per day of standard curve generation. The luminescence intensities were recorded in relative light units (RLUs) and ATP calculated in relations to the number of cells used.
