MCMLpar: A parallel version of the MCML code

MCML calculates optical scattering distributions give a turbid multiayer characterized by a few parameters such as the absorption lengths, scattering lengths, anisotropy parameter, index of refraction, and thicknesses. This is a re-implementation which does parallel Monte Carlo.
