2024 Managed Long-Term Services and Supports (MLTSS) Enrollment The Managed Long-Term Services and Supports (MLTSS) Enrollment table (Table 6 in the Enrollment Report) displays the Medicaid LTSS users in comprehensive managed care and MLTSS-only program enrollees nationally, and by state both numerically and as a percentage of each state’s total Medicaid managed care population. 1. The “Comprehensive Managed Care Including LTSS” column does not include PACE programs. Notes: "--" indicates the state or territory does not operate a specific program type. “0” indicates that a state operated a program of this type in 2024, but had no enrollment to report as of July 1, 2024, or reported 0 LTSS enrollees within their Comprehensive Managed Care program. Enrollment and user counts include both Medicaid-only and dually eligible individuals. For both types of enrollees, Medicaid covers LTSS. For dually eligible individuals, Medicaid may also cover Medicare cost-sharing for acute, primary care, and specialty services covered by Medicare and other non-LTSS services that are not covered by Medicare. 2023 Managed Long-Term Services and Supports (MLTSS) Enrollment The Managed Long-Term Services and Supports (MLTSS) Enrollment table (Table 6 in the Enrollment Report) displays the Medicaid LTSS users in comprehensive managed care and MLTSS-only program enrollees nationally, and by state both numerically and as a percentage of each state’s total Medicaid managed care population. 1.
