The TOPx HHS Tech Sprint for AI and Invisible Illness in 2026 is a four-month national competition with a $2,000,000 prize pool that puts U.S. open data in the hands of the public—mobilizing data enthusiasts, AI experts, technologists, entrepreneurs, and communities to build real-world tools using government data, American innovation, and AI to address the urgent health challenge with Lyme disease, alpha gal syndrome (AGS, the “meat allergy”), and other tickborne conditions.
