Listeria Whole Genome Sequence Data Reference Sets: Needed to Allow for Improved Persistence Assessment and Source Tracking
Briefly, sample collection will entail collecting soil samples at 5 sites within 1 suggested area, with each site being more than a quarter mile apart.
