K-Ar and Ar-Ar age data for some Cenozoic and pre-Cenozoic rocks in the eastern Mojave Desert area and southern Sierra Nevada, southwestern United States
We report rock and mineral K-Ar isotopic dates from 55 Cenozoic rocks and 49 pre-Cenozoic rocks from the eastern Mojave Desert in southeastern California, Nevada, and Arizona and 3 pre-Cenozoic rocks from the southern Sierra Nevada, California. For many of the samples two separate minerals were dated. We also report Ar-Ar dates from 7 pre-Cenozoic rocks in the eastern Mojave Desert.
