Vendors within this dataset fall into the following categories: Skilled Nursing Facilities, Intermediate Care Facilities, Residential Care Facilities, State Operated - Intermediate Care Facilities for Individuals with Mental Disabilities, Community-Based Intermediate Care Facilities for Individuals with Mental Disabilities, and Nursing Facilities for the Mentally Ill.
