Iowa Employer Paid Leave Time Offered, 2023
This dataset shows the average and median time (in days or hours) by type of paid leave, which is offered by employers to their employees (both in full-time and part-time status) in their first year of employment. The data can be viewed by area (statewide, county, or LWDA), by industry of the employer, and by employer size. Data is from the Employment Benefit Analysis published in 2023, and data was collected through an employer survey in the State of Iowa.
