This dataset shows the percentage of employers who reported offering specific benefits. The benefits are categorized by: Insurance, Paid Leave, and Additional Benefit. There is a list within each category for the specific benefits offered. The data can be viewed by area (statewide, county, or LWDA), by industry of the employer, and by employer size. Data is from the Employment Benefit Analysis published in 2023, and data was collected through an employer survey in the State of Iowa.
