    On December 27, 2020, the Consolidated Appropriations Act modified the Medicare Physician Fee Schedule (MPFS) for Calendar Year (CY) 2021. Payment RVUs were recalculated due to this legislation and the CY 2021's Conversion Factor settled to $34.8931 (even with a one-time 3.75% increase).
