Impact Report (FY 2024-2025)
The Impact Report was developed by the City of Tempe Department of Health and Human Services in partnership with the Tempe Community Council. This interactive experience highlights significant progress made over the past year in key areas such as homelessness, mental health, youth development, and support for vulnerable populations. Utilizing the Social Determinants of Health model, it features measurable outcomes and data-driven insights that illustrate the tangible benefits of investments, reaffirming collaborative efforts and the resilience of the community.This report includes success stories, data visualizations, and future strategies designed to enhance the quality of life for all Tempe residents.
