    This dataset is a compilation of ocean station data including measurements of temperature, salinity, chlorophyll, transmissivity, and pressure, collected using CTD, XBT, and expendable current profiler in the Gulf of Mexico. This compilation was in support of The Northeastern Gulf of Mexico Physical Oceanography Program (NEGOM) Chemical Oceanography and Hydrography Study, sponsored by U.S. Minerals Management Service (MMS). This dataset was compiled by the Department of Oceanography, Texas A&M University, and includes data from numerous organizations from numerous countries. The data has been converted to a standard format.
