Guam, Brown Treesnake and Micronesian Starling activity tracking, 2021 to 2022
This data release and metadata contains radio telemetry signal data used to track and describe movement and activity of Brown Treesnakes (Boiga irregularis) and Micronesian Starlings (Aplonis opaca) on Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, 2021-2022. Using a node network radio telemetry tracking system, multiple nodes would make detections of animals and record signal strength that could be used to estimate distance, location, and activity through subsequent analysis.
This data release consists of four tables: (1) individual tracking data, (2) node information, (3) Micronesian Starling information, and (4) Brown Treesnake information. Due to its large size (85 GB), Table 1 was split into 129 smaller CSV files with identical structure.
