GPS Total Electron Content (TEC) 2-hr data

This date set contains total electron content (TEC) and global ionospheric maps estimated every two hours by the International GNSS Service (IGS) Analysis Centre. IGS uses the averages of 4 methods, including CODE (U Bern Switzerland), ESA (ESOC Darmstadt Germany), JPL (Jet Propulsion Lab. in Pasadena USA), and UPC (U Politec. Catalonia Barcelona Spain). The data set contains rapid and final TEC global maps and movies of TEC (10^16 m-2) in cylindrical projection; rapid and final RMS maps and errors of TEC in cylindrical projection; and rapid and final TEC maps and movies in polar projection. Continuous coverage is not guaranteed.
