    The Level 1C NI1 data is sampled on a uniform angular grid of 0.15° in both Longitude and Latitude. The data is resampled as follows:\n * About 4 scan mirror positions to fill the 0.15° L1C bin.\n * Use center of L1B and L1C bins to resample (nearest neighbor) GOLD Public Science Data Products Guide (1.0) 26\n * Spectral data is combined within a L1C bin WITHOUT doing any wavelength alignment\n for each L1B sample\n * 51 bins E-W\n * 100 bins N-S
