    Slocum glider data were collected during a southern Lake Michigan deployment from 2016-06-22 through 2016-07-29. The glider initially deployed from Muskegon, MI and traveled to a station at 110 m water depth. This transect was repeated several times before crossing the lake west to Milwaukee, WI. The glider returned east to Muskegon and repeated same transect back and forth to the station at 110 m water depth. Note, the glider was deployed in areas of Lake Michigan with at least 30 m of depth. The glider collected vertical profiles of conductivity, temperature, depth, chlorophyll, colored dissolved organic matter (CDOM), backscatter, and photosynthetically active radiation (PAR) between depths of 0 and 115 m.
