Slocum glider data were collected during a Lake Ontario deployment from 2013-07-31 through 2013-08-02. The glider initially deployed from Oswego, NY. The buoyancy pump failed on 08-02, the glider was repaired and relaunched on 08-07. Note, the glider was deployed in areas of Lake Ontario with at least 30 m of depth. The glider collected vertical profiles of conductivity, temperature, depth, chlorophyll, colored dissolved organic matter (CDOM), and backscatter between depths of 0 and 85 m.
