Lineage | Data used to conduct the study of the global surface warming hiatus using global annual and monthly average anomalies from 1880-2014 for land, ocean, and land&ocean areas. The inputs consist of adjusted land station data and metadata used in data from GHCN-Monthly version 3.2.2; monthly gridded mean temperature anomalies on a 5X5 degree grid; 2X2 degree gridded sea surface temperatures and anomalies from the ERSST v3b analysis; 2X2 degree gridded sea surface temperatures and anomalies from the ERSST v4 analysis with and without bias corrections. |
