Data include RNA sequencing, cytokine levels, cytotoxicity responses and reactive oxygen species (ROS) levels in primary human brain microvascular endothelial cells (HBMEC) and an immortalized human cerebral microvascular endothelial cell line (hCMEC/D3) exposed to the smoldering eucalyptus smoke condensate.
