    In 2008, EOIR began receiving requests from a university-affiliated data clearinghouse for large, raw data files from the agency’s case file electronic database. As EOIR has received at least three FOIA requests for this information, the FOIA Improvement Act of 2016 requires the agency to make the records available for public inspection in an electronic format. That data is updated monthly and posted below.
