Empirical Analysis for Identification and Laboratory Validation of Temperature Tolerance for Macroinvertebrates, 2013
These files contains all of the source USGS/EPA taxa, temperature and percent abundance of urban and agricultural land cover within the watershed upstream of the sampling site data used to calculate taxa specific macroinvertebrate optimal temperatures and tolerances. They also contain a taxa specific list of temperature optima and tolerances generated from the data contained in source USGS/EPA data.
