Dry Falls Dam, Coulee City, Washington Hydromet Weather Station (DRYW) average daily wind direction (the direction from which the wind is blowing) in degrees, measured clockwise from north on an azimuth circle. An azimuth circle consists of 360 degrees. Ninety degrees corresponds to east, 180 degrees corresponds to south, 270 degrees corresponds to west, and both 360 degrees and 0 degrees correspond to north.
