U, Unknown

Case Status - Y = closed || N = Not closed
TERMINATED (TERM) and TERMINATED ADMINISTRATIVELY (TERMA) = Y
ACTIVE (ACT) AND INACTIVE(IN) INACTIVE = N
Active, Inactive, Terminated, Terminated Administratively
Inactive doesn't mean the cases is closed only TERM and TERMA.
