This dataset includes discrete profile measurements of dissolved inorganic carbon (DIC), total alkalinity, temperature, salinity, dissolved oxygen, nutrients, chlorofluorocarbons (CFC-11, CFC-12), dissolved organic carbon (DOC), tritium and helium obtained during the R/V Roger Revelle cruise CLIVAR_I08S_2007 (EXPOCODE 33RR20070204) in the Indian Ocean from 2007-02-04 to 2007-03-17. These data were collected by Christopher L. Sabine and Richard A. Feely of NOAA Pacific Marine Environmental Laboratory (PMEL), Andrew G. Dickson of Scripps Institution of Oceanography (SIO), and Dennis A. Hansell of Rosenstiel School of Marine and Atmospheric Science (RSMAS) as part of the CLIVAR_I08S_2007 dataset. The International CLIVAR Global Ocean Carbon and Repeat Hydrography Program carries out a systematic and global re-occupation of select WOCE/JGOFS hydrographic sections to quantify changes in storage and transport of heat, fresh water, carbon dioxide (CO2), and related parameters.
