Dissolved inorganic carbon, alkalinity, temperature, salinity and other variables collected from discrete sample and profile observations using Alkalinity titrator, CTD and other instruments from unknown platforms in the South Pacific Ocean and Southern Oceans from 2010-12-28 to 2014-02-21 (NCEI Accession 0160574)

Metadata Updated: December 1, 2023

This dataset includes chemical, discrete sample, physical and profile data collected from unknown platforms in the South Pacific Ocean and Southern Oceans (> 60 degrees South) from 2010-12-28 to 2014-02-21. These data include DISSOLVED INORGANIC CARBON (DIC), NITRATE, SALINITY, TOTAL ALKALINITY (TA), WATER TEMPERATURE, phosphate and silicate. The instruments used to collect these data include Alkalinity titrator, CTD, Coulometer for DIC measurement and bottle.

These data were collected by Hugh Venables of British Antarctic Survey and Dorothee Bakker and Oliver Legge of University of East Anglia; School of Environmental Sciences as part of the TSM_Ryder_Bay_67S_68W_2010_2014 data set. CDIAC associated the following cruise ID(s) with this data set: TSM_Ryder_Bay_67S_68W_2010_2014
