This dataset includes Discrete profile ocean acidification metrics (pH and aragonite saturation state), water temperature and salinity measured from various ship during international expeditions (including CHINARE expeditions) in the Arctic Ocean, Chukchi Sea, Beaufort Sea and Bering Sea from 1994-07-24 to 2019-09-14. The interpretation of these data is given in a recently accepted manuscript to Geophysical Research Letters.
