Aerial photography surveys of Redoubt Volcano, located in Lake Clark National Park and Preserve, were flown on August 8 and September 26, 2019, by fixed-wing aircraft. The surveys were conducted by the National Park Service (NPS) Alaska Regional Office (AKRO) in partnership with the United States Geological Survey (USGS) Alaska Volcano Observatory (AVO). Aerial imagery from the surveys was processed using structure-from-motion (SfM) photogrammetric methods to derive the digital surface model (DSM) and orthoimagery in this data release.
