Biological, physical, and chemical water quality data collected to assess diel patterns and short-term weather events during a sampling cruise aboard the R/V LAURENTIAN (R8001) from 2023-07-14 to 2023-07-25. These data were collected at several time points during each 24-hour period from the NOAA Great Lakes Environmental Research Laboratory’s (GLERL) western Lake Erie near master station WE12, approximately five miles north of Reno Beach, Ohio. Data for the following parameters are included: Secchi depth, CTD temperature, CTD specific conductivity, CTD beam attenuation, CTD transmission, CTD dissolved oxygen, CTD photosynthetically active radiation (PAR), CTD colored dissolved organic material absorbance at 400 nm (CDOM), CTD chlorophyll, turbidity, extracted phycocyanin, extracted chlorophyll-a, total phosphorus, total dissolved phosphorus, soluble reactive phosphorus, ammonia, nitrate + nitrite, total suspended solids, volatile suspended solids, Naperian CDOM, FDOM, hydrogen peroxide, total alkalinity, dissolved inorganic carbon, cyanotoxins, cyanobacterial DNA and RNA concentrations, and fluoroprobe casts . Any cells in a table with no value means there is no data available.
