    • Data Release: Buttonland Swamp, roots, 2003 to 2022

    This dataset represents root bag data from Buttonland Swamp part of Cache River Watershed, Illinois from 2003 to 2022. The data includes root bag dimension data such as length, diameter and volume along with installation and collection information. This study resulted in biomass data for root production at eight different sites along the Cache River area. Water depth and salinity data were also collected for comparison with annual root production.
