This record contains example supporting documents and data for "Extreme size and irradiance dependence in high-resolution vat photopolymerization of hydrogels" available online at https://doi.org/10.1002/smtd.202502336. In the main .zip file, there are three subfolders and one python script. "Hydrogel OCT Working Curves.py" details the code used to process the .oct files, including image filtering and cleaning, cure depth calculation, and working curve fitting. This script relies on IMPPY3D (available at https://joss.theoj.org/papers/10.21105/joss.07405) and a "ReadOCTfile.py" available from the OCT hardware GitHub (https://gitlab.tudelft.nl/jeroenkalkman/oct-hardware). The first .zip file is "Example Feature Width.zip". This folder contains example .oct files corresponding to data Figure 2. A readme describes the included files. The second .zip file is "Example Window Material.zip". This folder contains example .oct files corresponding to data in Figure 4. A readme describes the included files. OCT images were collected on a Thorlabs Ganymede (GAN632C1) using the ThorImageOCT software version 5.7.3. Python scripts were run in Spyder IDE 5.5.1 using Python 3.12.4 on Windows 11. NOTE: Trade names are provided only to specify the source of information and procedures adequately and do not imply endorsement by the National Institute of Standards and Technology. Similar products by other developers may be found to work as well or better.
