| description | This dataset presents summarized results of acoustical data gathered by the Natural Sounds and Night Skies Division (NSNSD) at three sites in Cumberland Island (CUIS) during March- April 2022 & December- January 2022/2023. Specifically, these summaries represent the off-site listening analysis conducted by Volpe staff and QA/QC'd by NSNSD. The data summaries include hourly audibility (% time audible) results of each natural and non-natural sound source in a subset of the acoustical dataset. The data herein are described in further detail in a corresponding acoustic monitoring report. |
