Corallivory dataset from Structure from Motion (SfM) derived corallivory estimates from surveys across Oahu in 2021-2022. Surveys were conducted by the NOAA Fisheries Ecosystem Sciences Division in partnership with the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
*Note - While the in situ data includes sea star and Drupella corallivory data, the SfM derived estimates dataset does not include these types of predation because they require a different annotation methodology in ArcGIS Pro. Moreover, because they were encountered so infrequently while conducting in situ surveys, the decision was made not to annotate these predation types.
