This dataset contains scanned images of coral histological slides that were scanned into pyramidal tiled TIFF images (Aperio SVS file format). The slides are from the "Advanced Coral Tissue Slide Reading Workshop, Jul 12-13, 2008, by Esther C. Peters". The dataset also includes histopathological descriptions and other metadata including location, date collected, genus, species, and contributor.
