The Office of Grants Administration at the Department of Administrative Services (DAS) is responsible for administering the school construction grant program. The Office of Grants Administration actively serves the 169 Connecticut municipalities, 17 Regional School Districts, and six Regional Educational Service Centers (RESCs).
