Condominium documentation (Condo Book & Page) is approved and recorded by the DC's Surveyors Office (OS) for the DC's Department of Buildings (DOB) . Real Property Tax Administration's (RPTA) Maps & Title division receives copies of the approved Condominium documents from OS and reviews, records, and then ties the Condo book & page information to the Lot(s) of interest, i.e., (Air Rights, Record, Tax, or a combination) for the Office of Tax and Revenue (OTR).</SPAN></P></DIV></DIV></DIV> |
