Comparing Court Case Processing in Nine Courts, 1979-1980
This study looks at the characteristics of officials who are
involved in court case processing. Data were collected on the cases and
defendants, the officials involved in the cases, personality
characteristics of the officials and the perceptions that these
officials have of each other.
