Administered by the Health Administration Center (HAC), Denver, Colorado, CHAMPVA shares the cost of necessary health care services and supplies with eligible beneficiaries. The CHAMPVA Eligibility & Payment Functions (CVA) database is used by HAC for the administration of the CHAMPVA program.
