Chemical composition and disinfection by-product (DBP) formation of biofilms from reactors

Metadata Updated: November 12, 2020

There are two parts of data; 1) fluorescence excitation-emission matrices (EEMs) and 2) disinfection by-products (DBP) such as THM and HAA.

This dataset is associated with the following publication: Li, L., Y. Jeon, H. Ryu, J. Santo Domingo, and Y. Seo. Assessing the chemical compositions and disinfection byproduct formation of biofilms: Application of fluorescence excitation-emission spectroscopy coupled with parallel factor analysis. CHEMOSPHERE. Elsevier Science Ltd, New York, NY, USA, 246: 125745, (2019).
