Published by U.S. EPA Office of Solid Waste and Emergency Response (OSWER) | U.S. Environmental Protection Agency | Catalog Last Checked: August 03, 2026 at 04:47 AM | Dataset Last Updated: January 01, 2014 at 12:00 AM
When it did exist - The Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Information System (CERCLIS) (Superfund) Public Access Database (CPAD) contained a selected set of non-enforcement confidential information and was updated by the regions every 90 days. The data describe what happened at Superfund sites prior to the current quarter (updated quarterly). This database included lists of involved parties (other Federal Agencies, states, and tribes), Human Exposure and Ground Water Migration, and Site Wide Ready for Reuse, Construction Completion, and Final Assessment Decision (GPRA-like measures) for fund lead sites. Other information that was included was included only as a service to allow public evaluations utilizing this data. EPA does not have specific Data Quality Objectives for use of the data. Independent Quality Assessments may be made of this data by reviewing the Quality Assurance Project Plan (QAPP).
