DOE Environmental Permits
Permits issued by the Department of Environment (DOE) before January 2012 and after April 2026, and by the Department of Public Health (CDPH) from January 2012 through April 2026. On January 1, 2012, the DOE was disbanded and all its inspection, permitting, and enforcement authorities were transferred to the CDPH. On May 1, 2026, the DOE was fully restored and took on those responsibilities once again.
