Tissue, sediment, and Chemical Abstracts Society (CAS) parameter codes were collected from Columbia River Basin and other locations from 01 August 1989 to 30 November 1989. Data were compiled by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and consists of information from numerous studies. Review of tissue.abs is highly recommended before use of tissue.dbf. Remember tissue.dbf is a compilation of information from numerous studies. For each study/report, tissue.abs contains information on the sponsor of the study, areas/locations of study, an abstract of the study, study references, study contact names/phones, target analytes, analysis techniques, sampling procedures, QA/QC information, potential data gaps, and information on data use and comparability. Review of sediment.abs is highly recommended before use of sediment.dbf. Remember sediment.dbf is a compilation of information from numerous studies. For each study/report, sediment.abs contains information on the sponsor of the study, areas/locations of study, an abstract of the study, study references, study contact names/phones, target analytes, analysis techniques, sampling procedures, QA/QC information, potential data gaps, and information on data use and comparability. The computer representation has been compiled by the EPA from sources which have supplied data or information that has not been verified by the EPA.
