This feature service is an aggregation of multiple California County Evacuation Zone services that are being refreshed every 5 minutes. The schema used mirrors the Zonehaven (now Genysys) Schema. This service is fully updated every 5 minutes from county sources. During the update, there may be a brief period (15 seconds) where the service is rebuilding and not all features are visible.
