CAED Document Repository
Compliance Assurance and Enforcement Division Document Repository (CAEDDOCRESP) provides internal and external access of Inspection Records, Enforcement Actions, and National Environmental Protection Act (NEPA) documents to all CAED staff. NEPA is a foundational U.S. law, enacted in 1970, that requires federal agencies to assess the environmental effects of proposed major actions before making decisions. It mandates transparency, public participation, and the consideration of alternatives to ensure informed, environmentally responsible agency actions. The respository will also include supporting documents, images, etc.
