    Blasters Certificate of Competence

    The dataset includes a comprehensive list of blasters certificates that have been issued to individuals to supervise and conduct blasting operations work anywhere in New York State, outside of the City of New York, and is a state-mandated license that both satisfies and is required by, OSHA's new crane certification standard. The dataset includes the individual’s classification for nine specific categories of certificates of competence such as Class A- Above and below ground blasting operations, Class B – Above ground blasting operations, Class C – Below ground blasting operations, Class D – Demolition related blasting, Class E- Seismic prospecting related blasting, Class F01 – Agriculture related blasting (<50 lbs), Class F02 – Vessel cleaning related blasting (<50 lbs), Class F03 – Quarry slabbing related blasting (<50 lbs) and Class F04 – Other special usage blasting (<50 lbs)
