Behavioral Health Services Information System (BHSIS) Uniform Reporting System (URS)
The URS is a data reporting system that collects aggregate data describing characteristics of persons served by the SMHA in a 12-month period, by treatment setting and service type, plus performance and outcome measures supporting the MHBG. Required for state Block Grant Applications. Data available 2010 to 2024.
